Carbs….
Im doing this low carb thing. If I do it right Im supposed to drop 16 lbs in a week. Im not really sure it will work, but I thought Id give a try. I dont think I will do it for more than the first week. I can only handle so much egg and chicken. I did find a nice low carb snack though: deli turkey slices and mild chedder cheese cubes.YUMMY, and the cheese keeps me full for a while! Ive lost a few lbs, so far, I geuss we will see on Monday, the one week mark(even though my weigh in is on Sat…. anywho….)

hmmm…don’t be discouraged if you don’t lose 16 pounds! i would be happy with 1 or 2!
anyway, i don’t know if i would be able to live without carbs, so more power to ya!
